Yummy Potato Soup


Super Easy and Super yummy

6 Cups Diced, peeled potatoes
5 Cups Water
2 Cups Diced Onion
1/2 Cup diced Celery
1/2 cup Carrots
1/4 Cupmargarine or butter
4tsp. Chicken bouillon granules
2tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz can evaporated milk
8 oz cheddar cheese


Directions
1) Combine all ingredients except milk and cheese in slow cooker/crock pot. (I always add a little extra butter and a little extra chicken granules, I also add some garlic salt)

2) Cover. Cook on High 7-8 Hours or until vegies are tender.

3) Stir in milk. Stir in Cheese until it melts. Make sure it's heated up well.

Garnish with Bacon, and Green Onion or Parsly.
Have crackers at hand yummy soup.
