Napa Salad

More of a summery recipe but we like it any time of the year served with soup, or sandwhich.

Salad Base
3-4 Cooked Chicken Breast (chopped up)
1 Head Chooped Napa Cabbage Head
1 Head Romain Chopped Lettuce
5-6 Green Onions Chopped
2 packages Romain noodles Crushed
1/2 Cup Almonds-sliced
1/2 Stick Butter

1 Cup Canola Oil
2 TBS Soy Sauce
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup White Vinegar

Mix up all Salad Ingredients. Then Mix all Salad Dressing Ingredients on medium heat until it simmers a bit. I then put in a container and shake up and pour over Salad.

Feel free to add more Roman Noodles or Sesame Seeds
